Extracted values, rules, communications and operational updates should retain their source so operators can inspect why an action was proposed.

Human approval

Customs-sensitive, commercial and liability-related actions remain behind explicit approval gates. Hanno does not present itself as the licensed broker, importer or carrier.

Least-privilege access

Connections should receive only the permissions needed for the approved workflow. Portal automation is introduced only with documented authorization and audit trails.

Data boundaries

Production pilots will define permitted data, storage location, retention, access roles, model usage and subprocessors before customer information is connected.

Responsible disclosure

Report suspected security issues privately to security@usehanno.com. Please do not include live customer or shipment data in an initial report.

Honest status

Hanno is currently recruiting design partners. Formal security certifications and production deployment claims will be published only after they are completed and independently supportable.
