Confirm the importer and product are correctly represented in the applicable Saudi conformity or regulator workflow. Regulated products may require PCoC plus a Shipment Certificate; other products require self-declaration plus a Shipment Certificate.
ZATCA instructs the importer or broker to submit import data and documents through FASAH at least 48 hours before arrival.
Confirm the UAE declaration, MAKASA/statistical treatment where applicable, and the Abu Dhabi Truck Crossing Permit for Ghuwaifat are linked to the planned movement.
Validate the assigned vehicle, registration, insurance, driver identity and professional documents before dispatch.
Name who owns each open item, the evidence required, the deadline and the action if it remains unresolved.
